- SSLC or equivalent marks card – original and attested photocopy
- Transfer Certificate from the school last attended – original
- Conduct Certificate – original
- Caste certificate – original and attested photocopy
- Two colored copies of photographs – each of stamp size and passport size
Procedure to Apply
- The admission process starts as and when the 10th results are announced.
- The interested students can approach the college office to collect the application form.
- The filled form must be submitted to the college office.
- The eligibility list will be announced soon after.

- All the above mentioned documents and its attested copies must be submitted along with the application form.
- The original Caste Certificate will be returned upon verification.
